Our hottest selling spirit got even better! This is uncut and unfiltered just as the barrel wanted it to be! 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malted barley fermented and distilled to perfection. Aged in new white oak barrels with a number 3 char on the inside for 12 months. We use 15 gallons barrels for faster aging. Our philosophy is we have a premium spirit to start and aren't waiting on time to purify it, just barrel flavor to impart. 375ml Bottle.
