What makes this experimental you ask? We decided the moment we dumped our bourbon barrels we would fill them up with our rum and let them sit for 24 months. Then we placed it for an additional 6 months in a salty ocean cask. This gave it a wild complexity and salty finish. 375ml Bottle.
